Cyberhuis is an official iRobot dealer. All products come with a 2 years warranty (6 months for battery and accessories).
Should something go wrong within the warranty period, it will be repaired completely free of charge by the iRobot Service department. But even after the 2-year warranty period, you can always contact Cyberhuis for service and repair. We have our own Repair Service with many parts in stock.
If you would like to have a defective iRobot product repaired under warranty, please contact the iRobot Support Center. (https://ondersteuning.irobot.nl/) All new European iRobot products come with a 2 year warranty from date of purchase (6 months for battery and other consumables).

All individual iRobot spare parts have a 6-month warranty.
Cyberhuis is also an official Robomow dealer and service point. All robots you buy from us therefore have the Robomow 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Should there be issues within the warranty period, it will be repaired completely free of charge 3-year warranty period, you can always contact Cyberhuis for service. Robomow batteries have 1-year manufacturer's warranty and spare parts 6 months.
Factory warranty expires at:
- Improper or inappropriate use
- Not following the operating manual
- incorrect assembly and / or incorrectly putting in use
- improper or negligent treatment
- ineffective and / or not by MTD authorized changes or repairs
- failure to observe the maintenance intervals prescribed for the product (at least 1 x per year) or performance of maintenance by unauthorized persons.
